It's time to re-learn and re-confirm what you already know, with an added twist of mindblowing-ness.

If you're feeling stagnant, frustrated or lost in your training or treatment protocol. We created a system for you to integrate so it's easy to apply and amplify everything you already do.


We know that we need to be able to move in order to get out of pain, stay out of pain, get stronger, more mobile, agile, age gracefully etc.

The questions is: What if we don’t have access to the movements that are supposed to help? What if all the good movements hurt when we are doing them?

Eg. We know that glute bridges are supposed to help glute strengthening, but what if now matter how hard we try, we don’t feel the glutes when doing this exercise?

We know Squats are good for the body, but why does the knee, back or shoulder always hurt while we are doing these? Not matter what variation we try? “something doesn’t feel right”, "I know what I need to do but my body is not allowing me to do so”

Which is why we created this workshop, to not only give you the answers you've been looking for, but also give you a toolbox of potential solutions to help you and your client's/patients progress!



Here's what you'll learn in Day 1:

  • The Joint by Joint approach - learn the basic functionality of each joint and why lacking mobility in one joint can cause the entire kinetic chain to "go wonky"
  • How to assess AND create your own assessments based on what information you get from your clients history, pain, movement limitations and goals.
  • Basic concepts on how the nervous system works, why we get pain, even if there's nothing structurally wrong with the body.
  • Core bracing and advanced breathing mechanics - And how the hell to coach someone to "Activate the core"
  • Learn how to tone down the nervous system with the protocol below:
  • The RRAMP Protocol - Release, Reset, Activate, Move then Progress
  • Release - Tight and chronically overactive tissues, why these are breaking down the kinetic chain
  • Reset - How to tone down the Nervous system to create safety in order for the muscles to continue firing for a longer period of time
  • Activate - Lats, Glutes and Core. The 3 most chronically under-active muscles that need to be turned on for optimal performance

Day 2, Movements and Progressions:
Refining ALL the fundamental Movement Patterns of Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Carry, Rotations/Anti-rotations
  • Learn or Re-Learn Multiple variations of the movements mentioned above with an added twist of advanced Queuing you might never thought of - or forgot over time.
  • Implementing the Joint by Joint approach with these functional movements
  • How to program these movements in a system that your clients and patients can easy implement into their daily lives.
  • Bio-feedback tools that you can use to progress, regress when needed, or reset if something goes wrong.
  • All this in a simple system that allows you to start implementing at least 50% of what you learned IMMEDIATELY the next day with your clients.

But Wait... Who the hell are we and Why should you care?
Honestly, Jesse Prescott and I (Andy Hsieh) are just two Goofballs with over 20 years of training and bodywork experience combined. We don't look it... and least I don't...

But we learned a lot these last two decades, taken over 8 workshops together in the last year alone and probably over 40 workshops, continuing ed. combined. Including courses such as NeuroKinetic Therapy, FRC, FMS, Primal Movement Chains, Z-Health, Original Strength, DNS, Strongfirst, Olympic Lifting, Stick Mobility etc.

We've practiced all these systems and they are ALL AMAZING!

But what we have seen after attending all these workshops (and you might have as well), is that once we leave the courses. We're blasted with so much information that it's hard for us to apply many of the things we learned. Or when we did apply it, it didn't always work. Which was frustrating as heck, and why we kept attending more and more workshops to fill in the gaps, after every course, we learned a little more that filled in more gaps.

Over time, we started seeing patterns of what EVERY workshop has in common. We took the fundamentals from all of these, created our own spin and applied in a system designed to do one thing, simplify movement so all our clients and ourselves can benefit from it.
